Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe

Woodsy heads out in Shelby Cobra Coupe 037 for some street
legal kick-ass fun!
The test driver for European magazine Autocar writes:
"I approached the Superformance with respect for its creators
and therefore expecting a
well crafted and honest recreation of an old legend. What I had not
expected was one of
the greatest driving machines ever to grace the public road. This
car is an astonishing
achievement: gorgeous, almost indescribably fast and utterly true
to its roots."

at the 2006 Run 'n Gun competition.
Check the November issue of Kit Car magazine for reports on the Run 'n
Gun competition
at Gateway International Raceway just east of St. Louis. After Dennis Olthoff took
Top Dog
in 2004, Woodsy wanted to see how an average Joe would place in a Superformance
Daytona Coupe. Although it was a heavier car than most of the other stripped down
racers, he was pleased to place First in class on the Road Course and second in Autocross.
