1965 Cobra Coupe Ready to Race

Project Description

Install 402R Roush Racing engine with 6-speed Tremec transmission.
Peter Brock, original designer for the Shelby Racing Team in 1965,
is advising Woodsy on this build.

Project Vehicle

SPC049 Superformance 1965 Cobra Coupe.

Woodsy, Rory and Jack picked up Coupe #049 from Dynamic Motorsports on May 12, 2005.

Did a cursory look over and noted changes made at the factory since the introduction.
Also pictured is the blueprinted transmission that was delivered. Still awaiting the Roush engine.

Peter Brock looked over Brad's car and installed the nose emblem. Rory watches Peter,
getting the procedure down.
